What we collect

When you book a table, join the waitlist or send us a note, we collect only what we need to serve you:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number (for reservations)
• Party size, date, time and any special requests you share
• Anonymous, aggregated site statistics (page views, load times, device type) via Vercel Analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your reservation
• To send you the one waitlist email before we open
• To reply to messages you send us
• To understand how the site performs (aggregate only)

Who we share it with

Two service providers hold your information on our behalf:

• Supabase — the database that stores your reservation. Hosted in the EU. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Resend — sends your confirmation email. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We never share your information with advertisers, data brokers or social platforms.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Waitlist records are deleted six months after we open. Ask us to delete your record earlier and we will.

Cookies

This site uses only first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set. There is nothing to consent to, and no consent banner is required.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Email us at vijardindelices@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

European Union residents have additional rights under the GDPR. Nigerian residents have equivalent rights under the NDPR. Canadian residents under PIPEDA. All of them, in practice: ask us and we will comply.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted end-to-end via HTTPS. Booking forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile against abuse. Our database enforces row-level security, and only the reservations team can read guest records.
