Reservations

A confirmed reservation holds a table for you at the time you chose, for up to fifteen minutes past that time. If you have not arrived within fifteen minutes and have not contacted us, the table may be released to other guests.

We accept reservations for parties of one to eight guests through the online form. For larger parties or private events, please contact us directly.

Cancellations

You may cancel any reservation at no cost by replying to your confirmation email or by phone at least four hours before your seating. Later cancellations, and no-shows, may be subject to a per-seat fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to require a deposit for large parties and for reservations during high-demand periods; when we do, this will be made clear at the time of booking.

Dietary needs and allergies

Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs at the time of booking, so our kitchen can prepare. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, shellfish, sesame and soy; we cannot guarantee the complete absence of any allergen in any dish, and you assume the risk of dining with us if you have a severe allergy.

Photography and filming

You are welcome to photograph your meal for personal use. Commercial photography, film production or influencer content requires our written permission in advance.

Website content

The text, photographs, graphics, videos and code on this site are the property of Jardin Délices and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the booking form or waitlist to submit false information, to attempt to overload or interfere with the site, or to bypass the abuse-prevention checks in place. We may cancel reservations that appear to have been made in bad faith without refund.

Liability

We take care that the information on this site is accurate at the time of publication, but menus, hours and availability can change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jardin Délices is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from a reservation that could not be honoured.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
